As part of the creation of the show What do my parents do when they’re not with me?, André Amálio and Tereza Havlíčková use the company’s methods of working and creating documentary theatre in these workshops.
A series of workshops that combine theatre, movement and stories gathered from interviews with students and parents of students from two classes at the José Cardoso Pires School in Costa da Caparica.
What do my parents do when they’re not with me? is a is a performance that seeks, in a playful and amusing way, to find answers to that enormous amount of time when families aren’t together.
What do my parents do when they’re not with me? is the first show of Hotel Europa dedicated to children and families. Premiere in October 2025.
